Yes. Notre Dame is included only because it is being played at Bridgeport. It will be a conference game though.

UConn is playing a bunch of home games, not just the tournament, in Bridgeport. So it's a conference home game at a "neutral" site.

The current National Champion plays in a "$hitty HS rink". Sometimes size does not matter. UConn is in transition mode until the new place opens, not gonna happen overnight.

UConn also likes to brand in the southern part of the state near the NYC burbs. To them this is likely just an opportunity to strengthen the school's presence.

Look, it's going to be a transition. I think its kinda silly but if they get butts in seats then it's not a big deal.

Dates teams released 2013-14 schedules last season. A lot of schedules came out in June last year for Hockey East teams so I assume this season will be the same. Most Atlantic hockey schedules should come out in July.

U-Mass Amherst- June 3 :(
Boston College- September 3 :eek:

Are there even plans to break ground beyond, "we're building a rink"?

As to the above, yeah I wouldn't hold my breath on BC releasing a schedule, first way we get it is by piecing together from everyone else.

That solves the mystery of MSU's final non-con opponent.

Princeton, Lowell, BU, and Ferris are returners to the schedule.
