Right, I use the word thug. I've used thug to describe any number of players on the ice during Gopher games. Most of them are Sioux players*. No white people on those teams. :rolleyes: I find it funny that some people find racism where there clearly isn't any. It's actually kinda funny when you step back and think about it.

*I'm probably a bigot or racist because I can't even remember the name of the Sioux skater who had that malicious hit on Kevin Wehrs. I know. Crazy.

Its not taboo, he's just using it in racist manner. Thug is a perfectly acceptable word, it's just he's using it as a replacement for the n-word in this case.

Thanks Brent, it's good to know that PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW ME know that I wasn't using it as a racial term.

I'm not even going to dignify his comment with a reply beyond that. I'm just going to block him.

Figures, it is much easier to block people than actually make good arguments that prove your point. Two taunting penalties over the last 3 seasons, but is there anything bad about this guy outside of that and the interview? I am willing to listen if anyone can come up with actual facts.

He blocked a guy who explicitly called him a racist for absolutely no reason. That's a good argument?

For the record, I think Sherman blew his mouth off and acted like an idiot, but he doesn't seem to be a bad guy otherwise.

Sherman had at least 5 minutes after that play to "cool down". Let's stop pretending there were zeros on the clock. There was still time left, and Harbaugh used the rest of his timeouts.

I heard a conspiracy theory that it was a collaborative effort between Sherman, Erin Andrews, and Dr. Dre to help sell headphones. Sherman is supposedly going to be in a Beats by Dre ad during the Super Bowl (similar to the Kaepernick one) that involves him being interviewed then someone asking him a question he doesn't like, so he puts the headphones on...I'm going with that. :D

He looked pretty sane going to over to Crabtree immediately following the play...if a small push like that was enough to set him off, he should probably go to anger management.

My prob with him was that he trashed Crabtree. Celebrate, don't hate. I hate that crap in sports.

The offense is scripted, Crabtree runs a route, the O line opens a hole, the defense is a bunch of insane violent guys playing on the edge.

His team judt won the game - why isn't his first move to go celebrate and be joyful with his teammates? Its not about race, it's about acting like a punk and it does come off as street thuggudh - skin color not important.
