Also happy that this can also help beat down the secondary market for tickets... I'm content with teams doing things like this...

Denver did the same thing with their tickets. You had to live in a "Rocky Mountain" state to buy tickets for the game. I tried, but despite being on the site at the moment the tickets went on sale, I was unable to purchase. Oh well...I would have likely re-sold the tickets anyway. :p:D:D

I like that Hawaii is considered part of the Pacific Northwest. :D

I wouldn't mind designated "away" sections as well.

Manning is at home with plenty of weapons at his disposal against a depleted Patriots defense. Brady has very few weapons around him. Manning should win, but I'm certainly not convinced it will happen. I'm still expecting this game to come down to the final minutes. Two great match ups for the league.

That's an especially good idea in a place like Philadelphia or the Meadowlands when the Jets are playing. That way, the locals would know where to lob beer bottles, grenades, feces and Molotov cocktails.

I think that's a great hire for the Vikings. Turner has shown that he's not a very good head coach, but he's a great position/offensive coordinator. He got his start in the league as a wide receivers coach for the Rams (remember Henry Ellard and Flipper Anderson?), and I think could do wonders with turning Patterson into a star.

I think its setting up for Minnesota to keep Cassel at QB and draft a QB in the 1st/2nd round this year. I think Cassel showed some promise and could be a legitimate starting QB (read: average, not Payton Manning) next season. If Zimmer can get the defense turned around to where they aren't allowing 30 points/game (worst in the NFL), the offense should be able to produce 27 points/game (they averaged just over 24 this season).

A lot of ifs, but I could see Minnesota being a big factor in the division.
