Maybe so, but I don't need to know that Buffalo's second running back has 3 carries for 7 yards - which is what those tickers have evolved to.

Trust me, no one that isn't playing fantasy football cares about individual stats of players. The game score and who has the ball is sufficient.

ESPN has been showing individual stats since long before fantasy sports started, so I'm not sure what you're trying to say. All you need is QB stats and top WR & RB stats. That's it.

And Buffalo's RBs split time. There is no backup.

Chris Mortensen: Bill O'Brien to the Texans.

There was rumor of a presser after tonight's men's b-ball game vs Mich. State but it didn't happen. I did see SID Jeff Nelson at the green room after the game though

Don't think so, but Joyner was seen talking to Jay Paterno.

Do they really want to open that can of worms? As for O'Brien, smart hire by the Texans. I think he'll do well. He's got a lot more tools than most teams that are picking first in the draft.

I don't know why they'd go back to a pedo apologizer. All PSU needs is more child rape.

Granted, I don't plan on buying a ticket but I'm amazed that a) three of the Wild Card games aren't sold out and b) the Packers are one of the teams facing a blackout.

It really is the perfect storm for the packers, little to no expectation of making playoffs when notices went to season ticket holders.
***** cold temps and not a noon game
Little expectation to have a chance let alone win
7k more seats and high prices

Let's see...$20 to park, $200 or maybe more for a ticket, $10 for a beer, $10 for a hot dog, fight traffic on the way in and out...

...or head to the local BW3 and drop $20-$30 on wings and beer and watch the game in HD. Or stay home and order pizza.

Tickets are actually about $100 each.
I'd love to go because I haven't been to a game in awhile, and never a playoff game. If it wasn't for the family christmas, I probably would go.

Hard to work around the traffic angle, but in the case of Lambeau, those costs are currently totaling more like $140 or so, as opposed to the $240+ you say.

Still not cheap, but not as bad as you say. Sort of like how CDs were $18 if you only shopped at Sam Goody back in the day.
