He's good. Not great. Good.

Honestly, the only person who was good tonight was Harvin. Allen was okay (I still think he kinda kinda got ripped off on the penalty). Purple Jesus was good except for that key fumble (but it was against a great player, despite Barber's age).

Edit: Robison had a great game.

If Harvin had Brady, Brees, Rodgers, either Manning...etc to throw him the ball, he'd get 200 yards per game.

I mentioned on the GPL thread (you prob saw it) that Cheech is easily the MVP of this team. Purple Jesus is a better player, but Cheech is more valuable. I dare say he could (not likely) be considered MVP of the league. Take him away, there goes ANY semblance of a passing game.

Just started my DVR of the Packers/Jaguars game on CBS. One of the first words out of the idiot announcer's mouth? It's "unseasonably cool" in Green Bay today.

It's 44. At the end of October.

What a baby.

I love watching Eagles fans complain. One said its 14 years of misery with Reid. NFC title games and a Super Bowl are misery? Try rooting for my team. Now that is a miserable experience.

Is it the pot bowl you get for the pain when your team goes 0-16 in the midst of the worst decade of professional football ever? The bowl your talented players get busted with when you finally start to crawl out of the deep, dark hole?

I was rooting for the Lions to make it and I was glad you did. You guys have a better shot than us. I may not even have a team in a couple years. Buddy Nix makes Millen look like Bill Polian.

He made a comment on Reddit about how tough punting is that's pretty poignant.

Imagine a quarterback threading a perfect 60-yard pass to a receiver in coverage at the sideline. Now imagine doing it with your foot.
