That junk TD by Pettigrew kills me. I was behind by 4 with a DL left, and a good shot at a win. Now I'm down by 12, with almost no shot.

I can't buy a win. Needed 100 and 2 TDs by Ray Rice last week....lost by one. Need 100 yards to get points....Welker gets 95, Rice gets 99 this week. Barring a Virgin Birth bigger than the whole Jesus thing, I'm 0-2.

I think it's funny that Coughlin has been complaining about the Bucs hitting Eli when he pretty clearly just trips over his own feet trying to backpedal from under center.

On one hand: What's Schiano trying to prove? What are the odds that you actually produce a fumble doing this? It seems kind of pointless.

On the other hand: Seriously, guys. Play to the **** whistle until the clock says 0:00.

The biggest issue I've seen with the replacement refs is the time of these games. They're taking a lot longer in general. Don't think the NFL can be too happy about that.

Steve Young summed up the entire debate on refs last night. No one's turning the games off, not buying tickets or merchandise because of it, so the NFL just doesn't care. They know you'll watch even if the refs start breaking chairs over people's heads. Complain all you want, but if you're not combining that with being a Nielsen family and turning your TV off, it doesn't matter.

And it was hilarious how uncomfortable Stuart Scott looked when Young said all that.
