Yeah, it was the Jaguars, but they still won 2 more games than the Vikes did last year, and are supposed to be improved some from last year, with a better offense now. So, even though it was against another bad team, it was still a step in the right direction. This team last year would have never gotten into field goal range in 20 seconds, and then Longwell wouldn't have had the leg to make the kick anyway. The end of that game will be a huge confidence boost for both Ponder and Walsh, and that could be just as important in their development as anything else in the longrun.
