Pawlenty picks up huge endorsement.

That will go very well with the GOP's racist base. Now all he needs is the endorsement of the teabagger who shot Rep. Giffords and he'd have the nomination locked up.

The what who did what? Good thing liberals don't need evidence or truth. This is Debbie Wasserman-Schultz level of dishonesty.

Well, I was going to give him a chance to explain (I understand the "teabagger" label applies to both conservatives and homosexuals in different contexts, for example). But assuming he meant it was a conservative (in spite of all the contrary reporting), it is frustrating that the liberals' stupidity-based talking points never seem to die, however often refuted with facts. It might be hopeless.

This works too.

Gotta love college, when you can be as petulent as you want.

Bush’s selection as an honorary degree recipient had also been met with criticism from some faculty and students, The Dartmouth previously reported. During the presentation of Bush’s honorary degree, several graduates stood and faced away from the stage in protest of his political views and actions as president. A handful of protestors held signs displaying phrases such as “Death, war, poverty, racism, Dartmouth” and “Big oil, big war, big greed.” In response, other audience members applauded loudly during the presentation of Bush’s degree.

Gotta love being rude to an 87-year old war hero.

Oh well, they got a much better commencement speaker than I did.

Before I begin, I must point out that behind me sits a highly admired President of the United States and decorated war hero while I, a cable television talk show host, has been chosen to stand here and impart wisdom. I pray I never witness a more ****ing example of what is wrong with America today.
...
No, Dartmouth, you must stand tall. Raise your heads high and feel proud. If Harvard, Yale, and Princeton are your self-involved, vain, name-dropping older brothers, you are the cool, sexually confident, lacrosse playing younger sibling who knows how to throw a party and looks good in a down vest. Brown, of course, is your lesbian sister who never leaves her room. And Penn, Columbia, and Cornell—well, frankly, who gives a ****.
...
Yes, your parents must be patient because it is indeed a grim job market out there. And one of the reasons it's so tough finding work is that aging baby boomers refuse to leave their jobs. Trust me on this. Even when they promise you for five years that they are going to leave—and say it on television—I mean you can go on YouTube right now and watch the guy do it, there is no guarantee they won't come back. Of course I'm speaking generally.

If you didn't see this coming, you're probably not into politics.

The best part is Romney is going to have to run away from the fact that his program made Mass pretty much the healthiest state in the union. Of course, who cares if the people are healthy when discussing Health Care.

Here is hoping the GOPers are fleeced by TPaw...if he beats Obama the USA will be forced to default on it's debt because TPaw couldn't manage a game of Monopoly let alone the federal budget.

A ****ing debate 16 months before the general election?

God, Canada's system kicks the **** out of ours.

Re: 2012 Elections Part I: All Politics is Yokel

CNN asking the tough questions:
Leno or Letterman?
iphone or Blackberry?

I pray King asks "Mary Ann or Ginger?"

Re: 2012 Elections Part I: All Politics is Yokel

Ginger's hair is red so she must be a Commie...

Re: 2012 Elections Part I: All Politics is Yokel

Bachmann announced during the debate.
This is just about the scariest, absolutely most frightening proposition I've ever been forced to consider. :(

Pawlenty is also about as capable and qualified for the office as Michele the nut job.
