Mike Pereira, former NFL ref, etc. said the play was never blown dead, should have been a TD. Just heard him on a show in Boston as he comes on once a week. The replay official, unlike the on field refs, was not a Pac 12 ref. It was a Big East ref.
I don't expect much, since they couldn't get past UNC. They will still end up Bowl eligible though. Their schedule isn't that tough.Where's JF_Gophers? It's time for the bi-annual sellout of Miami's home stadium!
He's still full of brown smelly stuff.
Augmenting my earlier refutation, there's a frame-by-frame analysis that shows pretty convincingly that the play had been blown dead before the ball broke the plane. (I'm not sure if that's the original publication of the photo, it's the first thing that came up when I googled it.)

All you rodent fans, one of my very good friends, and a highly talented high school QB is going to start his career in Canp Randall today. Couldn't be more excited or happy for him. I disagree with Kill's decision to burn the redshirt, but he knows the team better than we do. It'll be a tough task to go into the stadium he had season tickets at until 5th grade.(his dad was a FB for the Badgers)
I'm hoping for a win so UMICH can stop bringing up football like it's relevant to hockey in the D1 Forum. Well, that and about the only way to turn this season around is to win today.
GO STATE! BEAT MICHIGAN!
I saw the hit. My initial guess was that it's either it's a severe concussion, or broken ribs.
I'm nervous but all in all excited for a fantastic day of tailgating, sunshine, and the unbeatable atmosphere of a night game at Kinnick Stadium.
