I realize that. At least I'm honest though. I don't say one thing when I'm thinking another. People may not agree with some of my beliefs, but how dull would this place be if we all thought alike?

If I am guilty of being "too provincial" or "too prideful", then so be it. It doesn't warrant the insults and personal attacks though IMO.

First of all, i have yet to come across a thread that you haven't destroyed. Secondly, the wife-smacking comment is way out of line. If that was said to you, you would be threatening to report it.

I don't think it was out of line at all. Hurling insults at me and then trying to make me take the blame for doing it is out of line. And that is the EXACT mentality that fuels domestic violence. So please, save it. The insult hurling is getting really old.

A lot of people would be able to figure out this equation.

"Let's see, every time I go off on my Gopher-love tangents, I seem to get a negative response from a wide variety of individuals. No one else on this board seems to receive the widespread ridicule that I do. Hmmmmm. Well, can't be helped!"

So, you feel compelled to hurl insults at people who have opinions that differ from yours? There can be zero tolerance for non-conformity no matter the cost, ha?

Funny thing is that we've heard that we wouldn't last 10 posts in a Bean Pot thread.
