SLU had pulled their goaler and Sarah Davis gets the EN. 6-0 Minnesota...almost done.

Great going Gophers! Awesome! :)
Here's an interesting set of stats courtesy of Watertown Daily Times sports reporter Cap Carey:

Cap Carey ‏@CapCareyWDT
Minnesota women have amazing stats after six games. Outscored opposition 40-1. Have not trailed yet. Led 86 pct of the time. PP 43.3%

Syracuse blanks Penn State 6-0

Re: 2012-13 D1 Scores and Results

Cornell losses to Montreal 3-1 with Montreal having a slight edge in shots on goal 24-23. Montreal got two quick goals in the first minute and a half of the second period to take the lead. Campbell registered the lone Cornell tally. Given the strength of Montreal's roster, I can't say I'm surprised or too disappointed by the outcome.

Gagliardi, Poudrier and Cook did not play in either exhibition game. Anyone know why?

UMD completes the sweep of Wisconsin, 1-0. The Badgers not only got shut out for the weekend, they're now in sixth place in the WCHA. Kind of hard to imagine.

Re: 2012-13 D1 Scores and Results

Wow, including two wins over UMD and one over UND. Good on them. Not something I would have bet on with Spooner and Mac no longer there. Any sighting of OSUALUM dancing in the street ?. :)

Oh yeah, I am dancing, albeit late responding to this! Needless to say, I am thrilled with the start this season and hope the team can build on this start and keep it going!

Re: 2012-13 D1 Scores and Results

Hi, anyone else find that the stats page seems to be missing games from this past weekend?
Thanks to the efforts of Ed Trefzger and Jayson Moy, the missing games problem in the stats should be fixed. If anyone finds any additional problems, please note them here and I'll pass the word along. Thanks!
