Huh. High sticking players in the face *is* a penalty in Vancouver.

Well, the power play looked decent for a while, at least. They never quite got the fat rebound they were looking for. Luongo was solid.

And now we'll see if the penalty kill is ready for the SCF and the wave of mutilation that is the 'nucks PP.

Answer: yes, with an assist from Burrows. I like that VAN just lost their power play, but I'm nervous about al these whistles.

Seeing Healy and Pang in a tiny little cupboard between the benches is kind of funny.

Couldn't tell. I'm on the CBC feed and it was just a long angle shot of both benches and two guys twiddling their thumbs and rocking back and forth on their feet in a 6x6 space.
