Good news: You get a breakaway

Bad news: It's Jordan Tootoo.

I didn't realize how incredibly inept their offense was.

Re: 2011 NHL Playoffs II: Welcome to Smashville

Holy cow!

Luuu brain cramps the game into a 1-1 tie. This after Legwand practically gave the game to Vancouver on a weak, weak dump-in.

Re: 2011 NHL Playoffs II: Welcome to Smashville

They deserved that so bad... but credit to Vancouver... they made sure that there wasn't many options inside... so many shots from the outside and the blue line.

Re: 2011 NHL Playoffs II: Welcome to Smashville

Nashville has been the better team through the first sixty minutes. I don't know which team will win, but there's some poetic justice in the fact the Predators tied the game and sent it to OT. Frankly, I'd enjoy seeing this one go for another twenty or forty minutes.

Re: 2011 NHL Playoffs II: Welcome to Smashville

Was saying to the person next to me that the only was Nashville gets a goal would be if the Canucks scored on themselves and they kinda did. Wow. Luongo has been amazing tonight and to then kick it in himself has to suck.

Pick your overtime winner!

I'll take Hornqvist for Nashville and Kesler for Vancouver.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....wow?

I reiterate my previous comment...Give Rinne the Vezina now.

EDIT: And again. That's three unreal saves in overtime.

People can fellate about Thomas all they want but they would still be a darn good team with Rask in the net. Nashville isn't anywhere close to this position without Rinne.
