Just look at Taylor Vichorek, who got an AHL deal after his freshman year at Hamline. I.... was less than impressed with his play several times, but being something like 6'6" and 200+ lbs is worth taking a flyer on, apparently.

There are so few D 1 programs and so many good Junior players out there that DIII is getting better and better every year. There should be some great match ups this season.:)

About 4-ish threads down from this one on the DIII board, you will find a thread titled "2010-2011 Schedules", which includes a great deal of the info that is already known. ;)
