As a Wings fan, if someone wants to pull a McCarty on him I'd be perfectly okay with it.

Anyone want to explain those standings to me?
I... what? I can't even remotely tell what that's sorted by.

The Rangers are being stymied by another backup goalie.

The Red Wings fans who cheered Howard's injury got their wish. If they wished to be losing 7-3 to the Blues, halfway through the game.

Mr. Enroth would like to say "Thank you" for his first NHL shutout.

Thank you. I am serious about it. After a 15+ year banking career, I grow weary of this business. I should look into it further, thank you for sharing your experience. I'm guessing it will be a paycut but far more enjoyable!

Cool. You may want to try this link.

When I did it, all we got were two free tickets to every game. Not a cent of pay. Of course - AHL expansion franchise. I would think the NHL guys are paid. Regardless, it was the best gig I ever had in a lot of ways. Good luck.

Dead Wings flashback!

It's alright - just shaking off the bandwagon before the playoffs. ;)

10-3 St. Louis? Is Stafford still injured? How did Detroit go from beating them 44-6 to losing 10-3?

Someone gave Jim Coletto back the OC job for a night.

Man that was some bad goaltending. I am excited for NHL Playoff hockey!

I think Gaborik is going to pick up a couple of games, that was an AWFUL hit.

No quit in the Leafs as they beat the B's in a shootout. Thanks the Isles, they're 5 back of the Rangers and Sabres.

History will be made on one leg

You stay classy, Blackhawks.

Just a second. I'll be able to hear you after the medic finishes sewing my ear back on.

"He came walking right in here and said 'Sorry' as soon as it happened," Johnson said. "I haven't seen it on tape. Now with the new standard, you have to come back and go through the standard tests with the doc(tor) quickly and do some things, and they had to sew my … it ripped my ear, the skin, so they had to sew my ear back on."

Sharks clinch a playoff spot with a 6-0 thrashing of the fading Stars.
