Bang! That didn't take long....Cammalleri rips one home for a 1-0 lead about 90 seconds in.

Visiting team has scored first every game of the series.

Travis Moen on the backhand to make it 2-0 Canadiens just 7 minutes in...

At the Sox game. Can someone keep me posted on the Bruins game? They already have the score posted. But who scored and what else is happening?

Horrible missed call there on Varmalov playing the puck outside of the trapezoid.

Scarlet, I'm not watching the B's but I'll post any updates to that game that they show on the Vs. broadcast.

seems that buffalo is dominating here.

Period ends with the Habs clinging to their 2-0 lead. Halak has been great, but is getting mugged in the crease.

Caps with 1:05 on the PP to start the 2nd.

Mike Grier makes it 3-0 Sabres halfway thru 2nd...

Someone smash Jack Edwards in the head with a spatula. If he brings up the 2004 series against Montreal one more time, I'm driving up to Buffalo and Matt Cooking him myself.

This is embarassing. They're lucky if they have 10 shots.

Re: 2009-2010 NHL Playoffs Thread Part II: Dan Boyle's fate rests in the balance...

After two periods....

Montreal 2
Washington 1

Glad to see the boys holding their own after forty minutes. I do not believe for a minute the current score can, or will, hold up for a Montreal victory. Halak needs to give them another solid effort. Hang in there guys.

Benoit Pouliot hasn't had a good series, but that call...yeesh.

Halak brilliant on that PK....

So, can Sabres fans stop whining about Buffalo "not showing up"?

Also, "Chara sucks"? Classy.

Varlamov costs his team by returning to the ice after heading for the bench....Washington gets a too many men penalty.

2-1 Habs, 1:07 left...Habs PP. Please please please no shorty!
