Here's an interesting stat. Potsdam has played in 8 overtime games, a third of their season. Yet, they only have one tie.

It does say something for longevity, though. There is more to coaching @ D-III than wins and losses.

Prof, I do celebrate the wins but I am a perfectionist and it comes across on here. I have also always taken criticism better than I do compliments so I also am better at dealing out criticism. It is a character flaw I know, but I also know Eddie and the boys aren't satisfied with their season to this point even with all the wins. I am by no means saying they are a bad team. We have seen flashes of their best this year and it is very impressive, I would just like to see more of it because I feel if they put a full 60 minutes of their best hockey together, they can beat anyone even the best team in the world Utica.

Only 213 souls to watch the game in Fredonia tonight, wow there were more people at the Outback I was at tonight.
Here's a suggestion for USCHO: why not include win/loss streak in the standings?

The place barely holds a 1,000. They had 902 last night. And if schools were honest with their attendance counts, there would be a lot of "a couple of hundred" in attendance.

Show me where anybody implied that Utica was the best team in the world.

I believe that what was claimed (based on pertty good evidence) was that UC was better than Oswego.

And yes, NUProf, I am celebrating every Utica College win this year, including tonight's 5-2 victory over Nazareth.

Bears sweep! Sorry I had to interject....haven't been able to say that for a long time. It's an early spring this year as the Bears have come out of hiberation. Not trying to gloat, let me enjoy this for a bit!

Even if Oswego did beat Norwich I am sure you could figure out a way to make Norwich the better team in your rigged rankings.

On a side note, I usually listen to WNYO and just mute the video but I decided to give the Freddy guys a shot tonight and I thought even though they were very homerish they were also very entertaining.

And yes the NSN broadcast earlier was very good.
