The mistake wasn't Hillary's candidacy per se, but rather the terrible campaign management decisions made late in the game.

They needed to give up on flipping GA and AZ in that cycle, and run back to the Upper Midwest/Rust Belt to counter Conway's 11th hour strategy. They didn't do that and fucked themselves.

Hillary was, sadly, a DEI nominee. The most hated figure in American politics but she was able to cram it down our throats because nobody in the Dem coalition dared say the empress had no clothes. It was HER TURN!

Probably set the cause of women back 20 years. And the only nominee who could have lost to Dump the first time.

Despite all her warts she would have been a fabulous POTUS at the very least for keeping us from where we are now - both domestically and internationally. And honestly she would have been 100x more Presidential. Whomever ran her campaign should be tarred and feathered.

We should just run dumb hair dos like Newsom and have them replace their VP with a brilliant unelectable and then resign. Robert Reich would make a great president.
