I will never understand why people fall for her BS. She has always played the same game, and everyone just thinks "oh yeah she is going to betray the GOP" and never does. The only time she did was because she had McCain to shield her.

Murkowski is Susan Collins with better PR.

Yup. Our hubris brought this on and now there is no way to stop it.

For all intents and purposes the "American Experiment" has now failed. Even if '26 and '28 go well, it won't go well enough to fix what is broken. Too many Democrats like Schumer and Jeffries to change anything.

Honestly most of the “system” is not repairable at all. The courts are so corrupt and broken it wouldn’t even matter what Congress could pass, and it would take removing nearly every single federal judge to even begin to make progress.

That’s going to be the realization of 26 and 28. There’s no fixing this mess, the only solution is to succeed and start anew.

Whats sad is, Mamdani winning in NYC should be a harbinger that things are changing...but since the Dems and the media are openly trying to destroy him (and the DOJ and President want to deport him) I think it might be a harbinger the wrong way.
