I read it was Paulina's discharge motion on the proxy vote, which then led Speaker Moses to hold a vote to change the House laws to get rid of the discharge.

When that vote was lost, then he adjourned the House for the week.

Correct. She has "left" the Freedumb Caucus over it as well.
