I once met a girl from Wisconsin who thought you were supposed to turn the clocks back every Saturday night
Please tell me this is a joke that went over my head.

I don't know. About the only real nice thing I get anymore is that extra hour of sleep once every year. While that may seem pathetic to you . . . .

I, too, would prefer we move the clocks back in November and leave them there. It's a challenge to get up and motivated when it's dark out in the morning. If we didn't move the clocks forward, it would still be light out till 8:00pm-ish in the summer, wouldn't it?

I also think it's a consideration that society as a whole has decided to not use mornings for stuff any more. 9pm or 10pm has been deemed more "usable" than 4am or 5am...

Unmitigated piece of garbage.

*Laughs in land of Midnight Sun*It would be, but sunrise would also be at 4:00AM in June - so it would start getting light at 3ish? That could be equally rough.
