Washington (CNN)Iowa Republican Rep. Steve King is facing heat after someone managing his campaign's Facebook page posted a meme on Sunday criticizing a Parkland student for donning a patch of the Cuban flag.
"This is how you look when you claim Cuban heritage yet don't speak Spanish and ignore the fact that your ancestors fled the island when the dictatorship turned Cuba into a prison camp, after removing all weapons from its citizens; hence their right to self defense," the meme said alongside an image of Cuban-American Emma Gonazlez, a survivor of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, speaking at the March for Our Lives rally in Washington on Saturday.

I have Italian and Irish heritage but don't speak either language. Is that OK, Steve?

Also, people of Cuban heritage can have or wave Cuban flags and not support the communist government. You might want to ask Little Marco about that.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard from an Iowan that didn't involve a Rose Bowl halftime show.

Rumors circulating that Paul Ryan might step down as Speaker...Ryan is denying it of course but I wouldnt be surprised. He never wanted to be Speaker anyways and he wont be for much longer when his Party gets slaughtered in November.

Dont forget, Ryan turned down the Speaker job multiple times. He doesnt want the job and when the Dems take back the House he is not going to be Minority Leader. (if he is re-elected) Better to walk away than be removed.
