PUHleaseeeee .... you ... yes YOU inspired much of what you are seeing. Your shilling for the NCHC with your various rationale (always refuted) and then the general attitude of all the lemmings following you is the direct cause. Live with it or leave. I personally would prefer the second option but I can understand how you wouldn't want to appear to have been chased off these forums. So you better live with it.

As far as I am concerned, Tech and every other fanbase can continue to accuse Denver of ruining college hockey all they want. They got a great result this weekend and should be proud of that.
If Tech continues their revival this season, they will be a force in the new WCHA. I hope for the sake of that program that it is not another false dawn. I want Tech to be a good program as historically they have a great and colorful history and I have family ties to the school.
Things change...sometimes for the good...sometimes for the opposite. However, we all play the hand we're dealt. Denver made a decision that it felt would help with the long term financial sustainability of the program and the athletic department. Denver Athletics has been in a huge transition over the last 2 decades. From the switch to Division 1 to the move to the WAC, the school is working to compete on all fronts.
I will never wish for the bad things for Tech like some of those on the other side have done for Denver. You can hope for all of the plagues of the Bible to be bestowed upon Denver if you want. I won't wish that on Tech. Some of the best college hockey fans I have met are Tech fans.
I know Shirtless probably hopes I die a miserably painful slow death of some nasty STD...but I wish nothing but the best to Tech and their fans.

thanks - same to you, sir. I'm looking forward to the new WCCHA and I think it might be for the best for Tech. It might not be quite the scenario of haves vs have-nots that people assume.

...you should be proud of your team. Even though, my comrades in Denver won't like it...Tech will always be my 2nd team.

I for one am upset that UMD is leaving the WCHA. Not for the fact of losing 4 teams, but we got rid of all the doormats. Those were fun wins. Now we white trash the palce up by bringing in St. Cloud State. ***.

I know this thread is over, but I just had to add that I was looking at Tech records and their record for empty net goals is 3...it was back in 1991, and it was against DU...just wanted to add that
