He is not one of us...he is everything that is wrong with the current democratic party. He hates the poor, he hates the indigent, he hates immigrants, he hates progressives, he hates Trans people...he will sell us all out if his donors and the Pod Save pricks tell him it will. That is why I said he will never get my vote.

It looks like almost all of these eviction filings allege less than $1,000 in overdue rent. Some are for < $100. Let that sink in: MPHA is threatening tenants with homelessness in the midst of this federal invasion over less than $100. It costs them ~$300 just to file each case.
