The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Freshman goalie Lauren Hernick has entered the portal, so Penn State will be looking to fill that spot now. That leaves Maddy Campbell (a sophomore next season) and incoming freshman Morgan Stickney in net. Stickney, the Team USA U18 goalie, is coming in with high expectations and a solid...
I'm not doing stats on all the departing seniors, or getting into how each of them impacted the Penn State women's hockey program - I'll just say they've had more impact on this program than any other class to play here, and they're going to be a tough act to follow. That's the usual take on...

I do have to agree with this. I don't think many people consider Janecke's complete game - they only look at goals and assists. If she was a more selfish player she could've logged a lot more points, but Penn State wouldn't be any better for it. What she's done is make the players around her...
It's kind of funny, but I remember not liking Mark Johnson in college when he played for Wisconsin, because when they would come to Duluth he'd usually be a pain in the arse to UMD. But I do respect him as a coach, and always have.
