A new bill introduced in the United States to the House of Representatives, aims to restrict NCAA teams to no more than 20% of their roster being international, and it could destroy the quality of NCAA women's hockey.

WI has 27% of it's originating from outside the US. Once Canada becomes the 51st State, all will be well. 
Limiting young people's opportunities who are here legally is extremely un-American. That being said, it won't destroy the quality of women's hockey. The men's game is in the same boat, probably worse, and that makes me think the NHL will get involved to some extent with the CHL players now being allowed into the NCAA schools. I think somehow cooler heads will prevail. These dorks can't even decide to ditch daylight savings, which an idea supported by at least 64% of the country.

I personally don't hate it. Not sure why lobbying for more foreign players makes sense. The US women's college game doesn't need the international players(at more than 20% of the roster) to be first rate.
