The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
So College hockey has been turned upside down bye the new CHL player rule, myself I'm not a big fan but I guess it's time to adapt. UNH should benefit bye the new rule as Souza has picked up some nice players and it will be interesting to see what happens. There are still some nice 2007's out...
I think this class is the oldest ever. Eight twenty-one year old freshman has to be a record. The youngest player coming in is Connor Deharo with a 10-17-05 BD. This just exposes Souza not being able to snag guys ready when their 18-19.
Considering Souza's track record of not developing players over his last 5 years I'd say NO. Let's face it he's being bailed out bye the new CHL rules and if it wasn't for it UNH would be a last place team. I like the mix he's gotten but we'll see.
Your right Dan. A California judge go figure.:ROFLMAO: has put it on hold and their still changing a few things including a grandfather clause if the team want's to carry 28. In the end most think the 26 team limit will go into effect sooner then later.
I'm guessing defer Bradshaw a year and after that it's anyone's guess. De Haro looks solid and he's the only remaining recruit with a years eligibility left in Jr's.
Here's some info on him in 2021.He chains mohawks into pivots, into crossovers, into absorbing contact...He can pretty much do all the skating moves you want. The handling and shooting skills are there, too. Hands away from body, steps into the pucks...He’s elusive. -EliteProspects 2021 NHL...
UNH picks up a new Defense men. Oscar Plandowski from the University of New Brunswick played four years in the Q. 2021 5th rd draft pick of Detroit Red wings. A good pickup and will stabilize a inexperienced defense.
Hey Snively. It looks like Grout will be a 2026 recruit now which will give him another year in the QJHL. I'm guessing right now the starting goalie will be determined in practices. Since 2 are Seniors this year Coombs more than likely will be the starter next year? If Grouts as good as...
