UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

We'll that was a total disaster. I realize it's early but UNH needs a new coach and until that happens mediocrity will reign supreme.

UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

I was wondering [maybe Dan] what's going on with Jack Sadowski?. Two years ago most were excited he committed to UNH and since then he's had some bad luck. He was traded a couple of weeks ago to Spruce Grove in the BCHL since then he hasn't played one game for them. Does anyone know if he's...

UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

Nikita Konevych a 2026 UNH recruit is no longer a UNH recruit via Heisenburg. This helps the logjam we were talking about the other day. I wish the kid luck and hope he finds a new team.

UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

You might have seen over 50 BC games since your a BC fan but your dislike for UNH Hockey is quite apparent. I was on these boards in the early 2000'S and from the hillbilly's quotes to the defending of Conmy [who is a very skilled player] I'd say your a pinhead through and through.

UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

Here's a few updates on future recruits. Nico Tournas playing in the QMJHL for Moncton leads his team in scoring with 9 points in 6 games good enough for 7th in the league. Tournas has adjusted nicely in the Q and looks like a future star. Jesse Alicia has come out of no where and has 6 goals in...

She won the race by 12.2 secs. For cross country that's impressive. Thanks for the article.

UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

So it's game day for UNH [scrimmage]. I see UNH didn't get one vote in the preseason poll so let's hope they prove everyone wrong. I have no idea what to expect this year with so many new players. Maine should have a very solid team this year and it comes back to the coach. Have a great day all.

UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

Hey Snively. I believe it's Connor Clifton and UNH's own Brett Pesce.

UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

First of all hopefully everyone had a fantastic summer. This isn't hockey related but I was scrolling today and this is interesting, The old saying the coach matters in this case is true. UNH mens soccer is 0-4-3 to start the season. On the other hand North Carolina St is 6-0-1 and ranked second...

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

He actually has two kids that committed to BU, one day apart. The younger kid a forward and Freddy Jr who plays defense.

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

Another new recruit for 2028. Cole Sabourin right wing born 1/23/2008 played for Mount St Charles 16 and under had 58 points in 56 games. Plenty of potential.Ryan Sikes on X has a nice article. He states that he was one of the better players from team New England and states he's an elite skater...

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

Like anyone else Snively mommy and daddy pay the rest of they apply for scholarships and grants. It's a year to year thing now and the player could receive more or less than the previous year due to their production.

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

Thanks for the info Cinn. I'm assuming he'll have to have a decent year at Halifax to get a shot at returning to UNH we'll see.I'd like to see the Grimes kid and Connors kid find a spot on a MJ team why Souza has them going to the NAHL is beyond me.

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

2026 UNH recruit Nico Tournas wil now be playing for the Moncton Wildcats in the QMJHL for the 25-26 season. He was slated to play in the USHL as he was the 12th pick overall. Things look a lot better recruiting wise than the bleak outlook a few years ago but let's see the results on the ice the...

Yea that kind of sucks, but i'll be satisfied with the kid we got yesterday for now.

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

Another 09 pickup for UNH. Bastien Michard from Quebec a 6'3 highly skilled defenseman will play for Quebec in the QMJHL this coming season. He was the 36th pick overall in the 2025 QMJHL draft. So I'll admit this is probably the best start in early recruiting Souza has ever had and kudos to him...

    That's a fine pick up.

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

So today's the big recruiting day in college hockey as Juniors can make commitments. Not that it matters seeing Souza hasn't done squat since he took over. With the CHL players it might not be as big a deal anymore. The player pool will decrease and only the rich will get richer.
