Wisconsin Women's Hockey 2026-27

Single game tickets are on sale for most series. N/C are 19, conference are 24 and TWSNBN is 34. These prices are ridiculous. I suspect the rodents ones will be 34. So much for Women's hockey being a young family event.

It appears (if I read the site properly) sections 3 4 5 6 12 14 and 15 are all reserved seating. Last year it was only 3 4 and 5, so they more than doubled the reserve seating. The only g/a section not in a corner is 13. Oh joy Maddy and I are being forced into the corners. It might be time to pull the plug on attending. We settled into section 6 on the ice last year after we kept losing the race to the top row seats everywhere. Sad.

Don't they usually make some sort of announcement before this happens? Sigh...

A few years ago, yes. The last couple years, no. And that is true for volleyball, as well as women's hockey (the two I have season tickets for; can't say about any of the others).

There was no notice about today, at all.

I'm disappointed that Enright won't be part of the team this year. She had the opportunity to equal Lacey Eden's four NCAA championships.

Congratulations, and thanks to her. Here's hoping thing go well for her out in "the real world". Once a Badger ...
It’s almost like someone said there was a 1000% chance she was not on the team. Crazy 🤷🏻‍♂️
I have nothing at all to apologize for.
typical

I got no notice of single game tix until I happened upon a post on social media around noon. No emails even though I'm a repeat buyer and a former multi sport season ticket holder.

Oh well, got the games I wanted anyway.

Will go for a Minnesota game when they go on sale.

I got an email at noon which I didn't see till later in the day. I assume tix were already on a sale by that point anyway.

Emails should go out a couple days prior. It's almost like they were keeping it secret.

You've been complaining about prices (ticket and concession) since I was on here under my previous handle 20 years ago.

Are you still a "young family?"

If anything, ticket prices have lagged behind demand for a long time. Volleyball did too until recently. Both are great values imo.

Tickets used to be a great deal, they were very family friendly. It was awesome when I was bringing 4 to every game 18 years ago. I could even buy extra tickets whenever I wanted to for the kids friends to come along. My concern about the young families now, not me, I'm an old fart. I'm not sure how your typical family of five could afford to drop $150 at hockey game in 2026.

Compared to NHL prices, it's a bargain.

FWIW: When I moved back from California and started going to UW women's hockey games in 2009 (at the Kohl Center), face value on the tickets was $5, and the per game price for season tickets was $3 per game. At the rate of inflation since then, the comparable prices would be a little under $9 and $5.
