Business, Economics, and Taxes 2: That's Why We Fight to Take the Means Back

It's not headed back up. The honest valuation I read was $50.
That’s too high even for its “promises”. What material is worth $1,000,000/oz we can’t get on earth. There is big negative profit in most of their claims. And ai drags that even lower. Epic scam.

Federal judge pauses the Paramount-Warner merger. This would stop the merger until all court cases are litigated, which could take years. The reason the TRO was granted is because the judge thinks it is likely the states will win in court and the merger will be blocked.

If the merger does not close by the end of this fiscal quarter, Paramount owes the Warner shareholders $650 million per quarter, $2.6 billion per year. That's about $7.2 million per day.

One wonders if Larry Ellison has the patience (or the cash considering what has happened at Oracle) to stick with this or if he just decides to give it up.

So the Gordie Howe Bridge will finally open after Trump secured a "great and fair," deal.

Originally, when the contract was first signed, Canada would collect 100% of the toll funds until the bridge was paid, and then would split with Michigan.

Under the new Trump deal, Canada will receive half of the net operating profits, with the other half going to Michigan.

So, until the bridge is paid for, we get half of nothing. Yet again the Self Described Best Negotiator in the World strikes again! Its the Art of the Deal!

Does it even go to Michigan? I thought it was going to an “economic development fund” aka will somehow find a way to still give the Morouns money.

Would it be MEDC, the public-private state organization that the Republican gubernatorial candidates have called "corrupt" (without evidence) and pledged to eliminate?

That would be the icing on the cake.

Appears it's a "US controlled" account... 😒

Such payments shall be made to a United States-Canada Economic Development Fund, established and solely controlled by the Government of the United States.

He just wants his name on the deal. He doesn't care what the deal is or whether it's good or not. What a clown.

It's a horseshit deal for the State of Michigan, who just got cut out of their original agreement. "States rights", amiright?

Of course, as I have maintained, states' rights should have been settled in 1865. So anyone who still believes it's a settled doctrine is completely full of shit and using it for their own personal gain. Just have to get a politically-appointed judge to agree with you.

I've been looking specifically for Hillary is WET content since 1992

Pfft. Latecomer.
