  • The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways. Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar. We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.

Business, Economics, and Taxes 2: That's Why We Fight to Take the Means Back

Where is that clause? Is it contract boilerplate you have a year to close or something?

Edit: oh god, I get it now. Paramount did this intentionally to force the board to accept them by nullifying the risk of regulatory collapse.

Yowzer. If I were WB I wouldn't even fight the case. Throw it all on Paramount. Hell, maybe join the case against themselves!

If Warner loses (i.e, wins) the case, will the $7B be enough to stabilize them and keep them outta the mouth of the other fish?
