There's a book?
Further googling….no. I know I heard this before, but my memory turned it into a book:

  • The Screenwriter’s Original Vision (10,000 Years): In Danny Rubin's original screenplay, Phil was meant to be trapped for 10,000 years, and he explicitly tells Rita he has been waiting for her that long.

I like it ambiguous.

But I also like the interpretation that Ned is the devil and the ending is a monstrous moral and theological tragedy. After some inhumanely long time of fighting for his truth, Phil is exhausted and willingly damns himself to win Rita and the respect of the towns people -- superficial external meaning rather than his real Being. What Camus meant as philosophical suicide.

Phil only breaks the loop by consigning himself to a very comfortable but nonetheless tragic hell. He has given away his (deeply flawed but immortal) Soul, the one precious gift God gave him uniquely.

I didn't even hear about this at the time; it got buried in the avalanche of shit spewing forth from what is left of the White House. Wonder what else is going past us without us realizing....
Everyone in the Midwest has heard about this, and it sucks as a motorcycle rider because a lot of podunk towns don't have separate pumps for their ethanol and non-ethanol blends. Since about a 1/3rd of a gallon of the last person's choice remains in the pump, even if you pick the non-ethanol blend you'll still get that much of the ethanol blend if the last person used that. Which is annoying but generally not harmful for E10, but it can harm the engine if it's E15.

You ever see a sticker on a pump that says "Minimum 4 gallons under possible penalty of federal law"? That's cause of E15 and how much you need to dilute it with normal gas to ensure it's safe for vehicles that can't use E15 or higher. But many motorcycles only have 3 or 4 gallon tanks, so you're basically SOL at that gas station or have to risk the contamination if you're empty.

I don't believe there is any E15 in Maine. The most you can go with present tanks and piping is E 15 and its possible some older piping is not rated for E 15. And yes your gas mileage would go down if you put E 15 in your car. Most small engines are a no go for E15

CNBC reports Iran has stopped negotiating with the US and vows to completely block the Strait. I'd bet any money Iran will fuck with Taco until November 3rd
I look forward to $6 gas. While the derps are blathering over "government kill switches", who've have thought Dump could singlehandedly get drivers off the road and reduce traffic congestion with this one weird trick?! 😜
