NFL 25-26: Blame The Refs for this Thread Title

Since this did end, now I can say, Josh Allen is so very overrated. He made so many mistakes that prevented Buffalo winning that game- crazy that he's hyped to be one of the best in the game. He's not a bad player, just not nearly as good as talking heads want to hype him to be.

It's because he ends up having to do everything for a few games every season. The WR's drop 15 passes for a month or the best one is a 3rd round pick.

That ass kicking of the 49ers by the Seahawks has made my upcoming week a lot more pleasant.

Get out of my head.

Lots of Niners fans in PHX. I know one other SEA fan in the entire city, the dude who sold me my patio. Fun fact: before he was landscape sales he was a workman on football field construction, and he put in the Seahawks' and Broncos' fields, as well as that massive HS one in TX (Allen, I think). He has backhoe-view photos of the time lapse that are amazing. The drainage systems on those fields are 23rd century. He also put in a full size, personal home field for some bizarre rich prepper in CO who popped up in the Epstein files.

Allen is Stafford when he was on the Lions. Great QB but it is a team game.
Maybe, but I don't recall Matt handling the ball with one hand when he was running down the field. And I don't think he would have shorted that last pass when his player was that open enough- but the short throw cost the game.

Don't get me wrong, he's a really good QB. But I don't see him as the best in the game like so much hype puts on him. Is rating is over what his reality seems to be.

He's like 90's Favre with fumbles instead of interceptions. Held the ball like a sack of potatoes.

A quick follow up to the Bills Broncos game- hearing what Buffalo is saying that they were screwed by bad calls- if they just focus on that, they will never make the SB, since they will just see them being screwed by someone else as opposed to themselves.

The INT was an int, mostly because of one logic question- had the ball ended up on the ground, would there had been any question if it was a catch or not? No, it was not a catch by any means.

The first PI that was called- it was close, but it was also a net 2 yard penalty, since there was also roughing the passer. It was 17 yards over 15 yards- big deal in the situation.

And the second PI was the definition of PI. Seeing the back loose it, and add on a half the distance was pretty funny.

Josh gave Denver so many chances to win that Buffalo earned that loss. Until they fix what is wrong, Buffalo will just be talk.

Farve was never considered one of the best ever all the time. He was really good, and fought his way into the HOF.

Allen IS really good. He's just over rated as he's not superman. If he was as good as he's made out to be, that game ends in regulation- since Denver would have not gotten the 3 free points at the half, and the other really bad INT would have not happened.

But his just above average play lost the game. Again, Allen is really good. He's not MVP material, and he's very much not a legendary QB.

That was actually a fun game. Kind of a bummer that it was a big mistake on the receiver to not even look back that turned into an INT to give the ball back to LA. But how in the world did Chicago tie the game... man.
