I was referring to the route he took and there being some contact. Not necessarily the tripping of the goaltender. I personally did think there was interfering with the goaltender on the play. However, I also thought that Hauser embellished things. All being said, the correct call was still made in my opinion.Where have you seen a forward take the leg out from a goaltender and it not be called goaltender interference on a resulting goal?
Referring to the commentators, they were brutal bad. It felt like they had never seen a game of hockey before and got "saddled" with the call. Their knowledge of the game felt embarrassing.
