Business, Economics, and Taxes 2: That's Why We Fight to Take the Means Back

I'm not arguing that someone who owns 350 acres of farmland is "poor." That's just silly. Honestly, I don't ever recall a farmer describing himself as poor, and I've been around farmers my entire life.

Excluding every time they have their hands out for that sweet, sweet federal aid. Which somehow isn't socialism or a handout.

Also, farmers may not be poor, but they're also some of the cheapest sumbitches around. Maybe that's why they love Trump, because he welches on payments for services rendered just like they want to.

So it should collapse in 2028?

Assuming he's not wrong, again...

He likes to take big swings there is no doubt about it, and I am in no way saying he knows what he is doing but you dont have to do a deep dive into what is going on (like he does) to see that long term he is going to cash that bet and win huge. That is what happens when you have billions to play with and not worry about.

Right. So ride the market up for the next two years but get your money out (or reverse your position) in 2028. Or just go to a casino and bet on red. You'll pretty much have the same odds.

This feels like a good time to note that people who make it big with one big investment bet usually have another hundred or so that fail.
Pays to have that cushion to fall on when you're gambling. Even better if it's house money and you can privatize the profit, while shielding yourself from any losses.

This is why MAGA is pushing the "multiple generations under one roof" model of the developing world. More serfs who will own nothing, eat dirt, and be happy.
Meanwhile, CEOs are posting on LinkedIn and the like that parents should start charging their kids rent as soon as they turn 18.

Is that an option on Polymarket?
You can bet on anything on Polymarket...and if it isn't they're you can do it yourself.

Unless Trump caves or the Senate GOP caves on nuking the filibuster I don't see a way this ends by Thanksgiving.
