This is all anyone need know. This should start running as an ad right now. And Trump and his Press lackey should be asked about this every day until the midterms and beyond.

Can you think of any ad that you could do that wouldn't be pleasing to his base? Even when his base appears to turn on him slightly (Epstein) they just fall right back in line anyway. I don't think Epstein has even moved the needle yet. If it HAD MOVED you probably would not have seen "which way is the wind blowing" Susan Collins voting against more Epstein releases in the Senate.

You do not have a functioning Democracy when not everyone has a voice. It was bad enough after 9/11 but now the amount of people who have their rights stolen from them (not to mention their ability to vote) by definition means our democracy is not functioning. The Gerrymandering fiasco going on as we speak is the ultimate proof. Missouri voted 58% for the GOP but their new map is going to give them 90% of the seats. That isn't Democracy. That is leaving out the Authoritarian aspects of the majority party in power.

Just because we call ourselves something doesnt make it so. The USSR was not filled with "Republics".

You're absolutely right there are a myriad of problems at the moment - every one you cite I agree is real. We're still not going to war in my lifetime.
