So, let's say the Supreme Court upholds the lower court ruling that Trump's tariffs were unconstitutional. It is being reported that the government would have to pay back the tariffs collected, TO THE COMPANIES, even if they passed those costs onto the consumers...... So, the corporations again benefit from this administration's ineptitude.

This SCOTUS is just an extension of the Volksgericht. It's not ruling against Dear Leader in any way that can compromise the Right's takeover. They are all in on the betrayal.
