I watched a < 2 min clip on the AP News app. Hegseth talks a lot and fast, likely to fool the fools into thinking he knows and understands more than he does.

I've never met a happy person who was obsessed with politics. It's a hobby for miserable, narcissistic people who want to blame everyone else for their own bad decisions.
 
It's always better to go through life a completely delusional clueless idiot. Then when you kill your child dies because you don't bother with the measles vaccine you can continue to be "happy".
