Reason number one why this mess will not ever go away. The entire federal judiciary will need to be purged and replaced.
 
Wasn't that one of the things he was taking credit for during the campaign?

More I hear stories like this the more I realize how stupid most Americans are.

Not without democratic support. They can only force reconciliation through the filibuster.

Can they get enough votes to kill the filibuster for budgets is the big question.
