It looked to me like she was in the queue along a road which I would think is city property.
Look, I hate Trump as much as the next person, but every ticket to every event I've ever been to has a disclaimer about the right of the event holder to remove patrons for any reason.
If the campaign asked her to leave, and she refused, at that point she is trespassing. And since the campaign isn't technically part of the government, the first amendment doesn't come into play either.
Now if the cops did it on their own without being asked, then that's different.
