I do not know why anyone would attempt to talk to Republicans now. Any conservative with two neurons to rub together left the party in disgust at least ten years ago.

Good lord, Republicans truly live in The Upside Down.

Despite Dixon narrowing the gap this past month, Whitmer is still holding an average of a 5-pt lead as of Wednesday. There aren't anymore debates, so the next 10 days are all about knocking on doors and getting people to the polls.
 
The GOP figured out their mainstream voters are so cynical they can make any claim to get the crazies frothy without losing any of them.

Dems have to just start saying, "That's the stupidest and craziest thing I've ever heard. Average people are going to stop you because they understand you're either dumb or a fake."

Well technically they did...

But much like the "we are a Republic not a Democracy" arguments they make to argue in favor of their hatred of Democracy if you have the ability to critically think beyond a 7 word sentence you know how ridiculous this is. There are people taking 5th grade Social Studies who understand our government and history than the average Republican these days.
 
I dunno. Americans are stupid, and getting stupider. I saw on the news the other day, I think in regard to all the Kanye shit, that 2/3 of whatever demographic they were polling, didn't know that 6 million Jews were exterminated during the Holocaust.

This is the demographic that these people are appealing to. Dumber than dirt, have no knowledge of anything, and no desire to change that(they learn all they need to know from the internet) and will believe anything the Repubs tell them, just cause.

"Technically" I will grant but I don't think she was smart enough to capture that. I think she was going off a purely present day, "us vs. them" rhetoric and well fuck her.
