He can declare all they like, but Trump will forever be twice impeached and literally nothing they do can change that.


Did you know that the Senate expunged President Andrew Jackson's censure? I bet you didn't, because it doesn't matter.


Impeachment and censure is a purely political act, and a subsequent "expunging" political act cannot change it.
 
Meanwhile, Alex Jones' right hand man has pled guilty to trespassing on Jan 6, and has agreed to cooperate, allowing access to his emails and texts.

He was present at the Willard Hotel command center in the runup to Jan 6, and in contact with Oath Keepers and Proud Boys.

JUST IN: US judge Aileen Cannon denies Special Counsel request to file 84 potential witnesses in the Trump classified docs case under seal -- says the government does not explain why it is necessary and notes media coalition has moved to have it public.

Legal Twitter says this is expected and since it was ruled without prejudice, the DOJ can re-file and answer her complaints.


I have no idea if that's correct, but smart people I trust are saying this.

Expected because of proper process or expected because of an apparent bend? If the latter it means the battle may be steeply uphill.

What happens when she blocks them to protect her Derp King? Can she be forcibly DQed from the case for (obvious) conflict of interest and partisanship?
 
How does it help her derp king if the witness ids are public?

Other than the expected harassment from his StormTrumpers. Donnie will know who they are, and he'll sic his army on them himself if he thinks it'll help him.
 
I doubt most of the witnesses really care about that. I don't think this is the big deal some are making it out to be, though I could definitely be wrong.

IINM many of them are/were Dumpies, so they are going to be (1) morally bankrupt, (2) easy to bribe, (3) just generally slime molds with a lot to dig up.
 
Yeah, lots of these witnesses were WH staff, campaign staff, or Donnie employees. I'm not gonna be too upset if they now find themselves in the sights of Donnie's MAGA Stormtrumpers.

They signed up for this.

I don't care about them, but they become vulnerable to pressure and that hurts the case.
