China may make a statement condemning Russia for there actions, but it will continue to be business as usual for them. Nothing significant will change here.

China hates instability. As Putin becomes more of a loose cannon, they may pivot to us. They are pure real politik and Russia is becoming a liability.

The main question, from China's perspective, is "how can we benefit from this situation".

They can't because the West won't be diminished short of them (China) becoming hostile. Russia doesn't have the resources to really do anything that really hurts us. The damage being done is because of corporate malfeasance not foreign actors.
Honestly, China is better just doing what they are doing. Russia can't win, and also won't go nuclear. (China would not take a legit threat of that nicely) China knows the West and them are tied together for now so it is in their best interests to let Russia slowly die off.
