And how and the hell do you file the wrong motion? Oh wait these are the clowns that filed it in Claims Court so it tracks. I bet these losers used the wrong number pencil on Scantron tests back in the day...
 
trump's lawyers are so bad it is hard to believe. If the security of the free world wasn't the stakes I'd almost feel bad for them. It's like when your hockey team is playing a bottom feeder with no chance, you're up 7-0 in the third and double shifting your grocery sticks and you still score 3 more goals. And trump has his finger on the button for 2 more months.
 
One piece of good news out of Alaska is that Ballot Measure 2, which will create open primaries and Ranked Choice Voting, is leading now.

For me it’s the possibility of having more choices in our elections. For y’all it’s the possibility of seeing Murkowski, Palin, and potentially Begich all fighting on the same ballot.

many many Americans prefer someone who will fight, as opposed to rolling over.
