Thomas, Alito, Barrett and probably Kavanaugh would vote lock step with that. They are Republican party officials, not justices.

But I am fairly sure Roberts and Gorsuch will not.

I thought they ruled the states can punish faithless electors or enforce the state’s will. Or something like that.

I didn't think SCOTUS said anything about whether it was allowed or disallowed as a concept.

For four years the American flag was a swastika. It's good to have it back, although the rest of the world won't see it as a positive for a long time.

BTW, I know this is sacrilege, but it's a really ugly flag. As we add more states can we please redesign it? I love the red, white and blue color scheme because, hey, Slavic:
