If the polls end up wrong in PA, WI and MI (and in MI and WI they would be waaay off if trump wins either state) does that mean we start to pay a whole lot less attention to the polls? Or is this just a mark of trump voters being impossible to poll effectively? Of course if he wins again we turn into a dictatorship where he just appoints his successor, so polls will be obsolete in 2024.

Apparently AZ is being called for Biden on Fox., but looks like FL and OH are lost.

On the whole things are not looking good for Biden, especially since the GOP is going to mess with every state that can't make a call tonight , PA included. (sigh)

Polls will be ignored by anyone with a brain.

Yeesh dude in Detroit for CNN said they think it will be 24 hours before they can project a winner...

Anybody seen any data on how turnout correlates to the incumbent (or the incmbent's party) doing? I always thought the conventional wisdom was when turnout increases markedly from one election to the next it is not supposed to be good news for the incumbent. Am I wrong about that? I just can't believe people are coming out of the woodwork to vote for trump. It doesn't make any sense. I get him winning every vote he won in 2016. But who the fvck DIDN'T bother to vote for trump in 2016 and thought he earned their vote this time around?

It doesn't look good even before the messing of votes by the GOP.

That is what I always always told...but there is no conventional wisdom because people are just getting weirder.

interesting in dade county, bho and hilly won by 25+ margin.... and joe by 8

no wonder florida was called first :D

This probably belongs on the cops thread (and I will admit is just a mark of my natural pessimism) but can you imagine the way law enforcement would be emboldened with a trump win? That might be the scariest thing about another 4 years of this 5h!t. In that case I believe I would advise every Black man in America to prepare for things to get a whole lot worse.

It's as if the GOP dragging their feet on providing states election funding and assistance worked in their favor.......

Who would have thought ;-)

Pennsylvania is so blatant about which votes get counted first. Its almost as if they want it to look like the mail in votes are fraud...

Did I just hear some CNN talking head say the race in the so-called swing states were within the margin of error? MI and WI were something like 8 and 8.4 for Biden according to the 538 aggregate. How is that within the margin of error? I thought most of these polls were between 2 and 4 (at the most) as their average MOE.

Google has OH at 94% returned and Trump up 450k. FL is 98% and Trump is up 300k.

Where on the board can Biden make up that ground? PA? This is over.

What are you talking about? Michigan is still easily winnable as is Wisconsin...hell Georgia has many Black Counties not counted.

OH it comes down to where the votes are from.
