I like when they show how much of the count so far is early, and how much of the total vote will be early. In places where the latter is a much higher percentage, Dems should probably breathe a bit, especially if it is close.

Like the million absentee votes that havent been counted in Penn...

They are right though. I mean Michigan looks bad but almost none of Detroit has been counted yet. Pennsylvania has over 200k absentee ballots that havent been counted in Philly if I heard right. Without knowing how the ballots are counted it is hard to even know where we are in the game.

CNN just said there are over a million mail in ballots not yet counted in PA. There are only gonna be 8 million total votes. -- that's 12% of the total.

There is no way on God's green Earth that PA is going to be called before Friday.

LOL. NYT seems to have dropped their needle graphs.

Edit: nm, I just lost them. They're still there.

CNN is behind in Minnesota...Biden is over 944k votes. My guess is it gets called when Biden hits about 1.4 million. (Hillary won with 1.36 million)

Nate Silver dragged them on Twitter. Nate Cohn got butthurt and snarked back. Statslapfight.

Mayyyyyyybe they should have gone a full step away from the dials instead of just moving away from the national dial.

call it 55% of Iowa reported at 870k votes. Dems leading by about 60k votes. Axne will retain her seat since she's up 22k with probably 30k votes left to count in the district.

Good news is there are still a couple of Dem strongholds left to count (Ames, Quad Cities). Bad news is the majority of the outstanding vote is in rural counties.

Trump won with 800k votes in 2016. Hillary had 653k+ to put it in perspective.

Yeah, don't get too sweaty over Michigan unless Wayne county is mostly reported. There is also a chance there is many more mail in ballots in Oakland and Ingham counties favorable to Biden.

Using the predicted outcomes on Google's page (which I believe uses the AP)... and plugging them into the 538 forecast map...

Shows Trump winning 289 to 249.
