Dump spent a majority of that past 3.9 years attempting to erase everything related to the Obama administration. Biden may very-well be able to erase Dump in about a week (except for the resurrection of a quarter-million lives, of course).

Wait is that tweet saying Amy's tenure as Hennepin County Attorney is a con against her getting a cabinet post? Brian Schwartz should stick to covering Financial Politics because he (or his sources) are out to lunch.

That said...I think Doug Jones is a better pick for AG. Amy is never even challenged for her seat (not by anyone with a chance anyways) dont risk it just so you can appoint some Tina Smith clone who will bore people to tears.

As I recall, Klobuchar received quite a bit of criticism from certain quarters for her refusal to charge any cops while she was county attorney. IIRC, there were something like 20 cop killings during her tenure, and she charged none of them, choosing instead to go the grand jury route. I suspect that is what the tweet refers to.

Amy has to be an attractive pick if for no other reason than the Democrats have been pretty successful in statewide elections for quite awhile. Very little chance of losing the seat in the absence of a last minute surprise before the election.
