Yeah, I'm on this side of the vote...probably the most entertaining team in the country. I saw Yale getting trounced by Clarkson something like 4-0 in the third period last year and ramble off 5 goals to win it. The way they score in bunches is unmatched. However, it's way to early to say they are the best team when Rondeau has only played one solid game (sat vs. Q). Definitely deserving of their top five spot but there's no way you can call them the best when you take into consideration the schedule that the likes of BU, Duluth, Miami, etc. play on a nightly basis.

and I will add teams that will make them pay for taking 20 minutes worth of penalties. You may get away with that against the preseason ranked #30, 37, 43rd, and 45th ranked teams, but the top 15 are going to make Yale pay for it.


Top 10 definitely, Top team...no way, at least not at this stage of the game

I appreciate the fact that you wish others would give Yale more attention than a one-word answer (although at least you're getting a few sentences of attention for being a 'tard). When Yale does something worth more than one word this season, come back and we'll talk.

Nick, I want to say that while I think you are a grade A asswhole I entirely appreciate the fact that you are an arrogant ***** without prejudice. Not only are you a jerk to all HE fans but to all NCAA fans of all walks of life and all types of schools. Congrats. I applaud you, it takes real courage or stupidy to be such an_*** to so many people.

Yeah, one particular weekend when everything was on the line! And I never claimed the BU game was a moral victory. I saw it as a crushing defeat--we had them right where we wanted them late in the game and..... well you know the rest. While I know there was another game to be played, I thought we just let a NC slip through our fingers. We'll be back (I hope).

The Bulldogs are getting plenty of respect. After a split with UND at the Ralph, one of the toughest arenas to play, the voters kept them at #2. 11 first place votes, too. Hm. But what does that have to do with some pathetic little Ivy team?

I would pick Boston or UMD over yale. Once Yale has played more games it will become apparent what kind of team they are.
