Are you saying Yale cares about NCAA championships? How sad is it then that Minnesota wins them without caring while Yale rarely wins an NCAA game.

I hate these type threads with a passion, but really? Top-flight team? One NCAA appearance in the last five years, and also only one 20-win season in that span. CC was also a .500 hockey team (5-5-1) before this loss. Eight freshmen and eight sophomores on the roster (and only ten total juniors and seniors). But let's not let facts get in the way of a good story...

It's pretty amazing that Yale can field a team with intelligent players AND hockey skills !!!!! Do your players even graduate. A degree from UND probably goes far.

I'm working on getting them all to spell words correctly before I try teaching them to do any tricks. Being from Yale, they should pick up the tricks pretty quickly because they are from Yale and they are so smart.

Who would win in a battle between #26 Union and the SAT achievers of Yale? What if they played St, Clouud? What if both replaced {PROVICED in Hockey Rast?

Yes, but can they carve a sugar beet to look like a John Deere tractor. Because that's a skill worth having, either that, or owning some mineral rights in North Western Nodak.

North Dakota has a heck of a program and obviously so does Minny.

It's just amazing how Yale did some damage last year (running right through North Dakota) and by all indications, should have another great run this year, barring injuries.

Why can't the Minny & North Dakota fans just give Yale its due, even if the underlying spirit of this thread was somewhat inflammatory? Does being at the top of the mountain for that long make you that unappreciative and forgetful of how hard it is to get there (if only for a couple season stretch)?
